Deviled Chicken 


Serves (4) only 197 calories prep: 10 min. Cook: 16-20 Only 🤚🏼ingredients..
Recipe: 

1. 8 boneless chicken thighs 

2. 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard 

3. 6 drops Tabasco sauce

4. 1 Tbs. soy sauce (low sodium)

5. Mixed Greens, to serve 

Pantry items: 2 garlic cloves crushed

•Heat a large ridged grill pan (or ordinary skillet). •Remove the skin from the chicken thighs, open them out and trim away excess fat. •To make the devil sauce mix together the mustard, tobasco, garlic and soy sauce in a shallow dish. •Dip the trimmed chicken thighs in the devil sauce and coat each piece well. Place the chicken pieces flat on the pan and cook in 2 batches for 8-19 minutes on each side. 

Serve hot or cold with Salad!
