Quick Prosciutto & Arugula Pizzas 

Easy Quick Mini Pizzas for Lunch, Prepared in 10 minutes Cooks in 10 minutes. 


4 mini pizza basis ( I used naan bread ) 

8 oz. reduced fat mozzarella cheese, shredded 

8 cherry tomatoes 

5 oz. prosciutto, sliced

2 oz. arugula, washed

2 garlic cloves halved

Balsamic vinegar to taste

Salt and pepper to taste 

•Rub the top surfaces of the pizza bases with cut faces of the garlic gloves and discard the cloves. 

•Put the pizza bases on a baking sheet, top with mozzarella and tomatoes and bake in a preheated oven, at 400, for 10 minutes until bread is golden. 

•Top the Pizzas with Prosciutto and arugula leaves, season to taste with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar and serve immediately.
