Back to School Menu 

Full weekly Menu Staring Monday 8/21, five meals under 500 calories, cook time under an hour and only five ingredients. Level of difficulty easy, family friendly, healthy and inexpensive. 

Sneak Peak Monday: 

Chicken with Orange & Mint 

411 calories prep: 5 minutes cook time: 15-20

Shopping List: family of (4)

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast 

1/4 pint orange juice 

1 whole orange

Fresh mint leaves 

1 Tbs. butter 


Olive oil 

Salt and black pepper
